About RDDC

Red dog dinner club was started by two longtime friends over their love of quality cuisine and a dog named Redd.

The culinary curation is spearheaded by Evan Montelongo, a Le Cordon Bleu culinary institute trained chef who has spent over a decade cooking in high end kitchens both in Austin, TX and San Francisco, CA.

Sous Chef, Travis Carlisle, is a childhood friend of Evan’s and has proven pretty good at doing what he’s told. He is the owner of Redd dog, to which Evan is his favorite uncle.

Chef Evan and RDDC follow a simple food philosophy; be delicious. In a world of ever expanding culinary techniques, Red Dog Dinner Club strives to stay connected to the feeling of comfort that established the love of food for so many. Maintaining that connection allows them to feed a mature pallet and satisfy everyone’s inner child.

It’s their main purpose in life to share their knowledge and experience at the most foundational place in society, the dinner table.
